Information The Mcusta Zanmai Forest series consists of competitively priced Japanese knives. The knives are made of AUS-8A steel sharpened the Japanese way. Although the knives are a lot more affordable than their brothers, this is nowhere to be seen. The knife looks perfectly finished.
