Now the Full Tang Santoku Knife completes the farm to plate circle. This knife is made from 2.2mm German stainless steel and treated with the tried and proven manufacturing techniques here at Victory Knives - heat treated to 54 HRC, hand polished and fitted with custom European composite scales. The full tang provides added weight and delivers a precision, hardworking, balanced, all round food preparation knife that weighs 210 grams.
